Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Advance payment or security deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Check-in and check-out timings must be followed as per booking confirmation.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy

  • Rent and deposits must be paid in full before or at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or approved online gateways.
  • Any outstanding balance must be cleared before check-out.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may result in partial or no refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect property rules.
  • Loud parties, illegal activities, or damage to property are strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned.

Facilities & Services

  • WiFi, parking, and other amenities are provided as listed but may vary depending on availability.
  • Management reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Luxury Apartment Islamabad is not responsible for loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries during the stay.
  • Guests are advised to take care of personal belongings and follow safety guidelines.
